Our Wire EDM capability achieves tolerances as tight as ±0.0001" with sharp internal corners. Precision surface and cylindrical grinding is used to meet the tightest specifications on hardened components. Tolerances for other processes depend on part geometry and material — send your drawing for a part-specific review.

Materials expertiseQuotes are typically returned within 24 hours. Standard lead time is approximately 3 weeks for prototypes and 3–5 weeks for production runs, plus finishing if needed.
We handle everything from one-of-a-kind specialty parts and prototypes to low- and high-volume production runs. The site does not publish a fixed minimum order quantity — contact us or request a quote with your quantities for a specific answer.
