Operose Mfg. specializes in prototyping and low to high volume production runs. We have new state of the art turning and milling capacity with the most powerful programming and design software on the market! We have also added robot automation to handle medium to large production runs.
Our standard lead time is three weeks, beating the four week industry standard. We realize that three or four weeks is not an option many times and for that reason we reserve production capacity for the emergency jobs. We will expedite parts based on material availability and any outsourcing that is required such as plating or heat treating.
We offer a guarantee on our deliveries. If we cannot meet a required due date we will not accept the order. We also have an extensive network of partner shops giving us external capacity, if we cannot meet your due dates we will help find somebody that can.

Current Openings
3-D CNC immediate opening for a Quality Technician. This person will be responsible for CMM programming, inspections and calibration.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
– High School Graduate or GED
– Minimum of three years experience working in a precision manufacturing environment
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
– Associate degree or equivalent experience in computer programming language(s)
– ASQ Certification; CQT (Certified Quality Technician)
– One to three years inspection experience
– One year CMM programming experience
– GDT Skills
– Adept in Lean Manufacturing processes
